Tips To Help Make Life With A Catheter A Little Easier
Living With A Urinary Catheter › Forums › Urethral Strictures And Their Treatments › Update 3 weeks
Well today marks 3 weeks. Never thought the day would come. I go back on Wednesday to see if it worked! I’m getting pretty nervous about it honestly. Just praying that they don’t have to put the catheter back in. The three weeks hasn’t been too bad. You get use to the discomfort of the catheter and the incision site is still sore for me. Overall, I’ve been able to to remain pretty comfortable over the three weeks. I’ll update you all in 2 days hopefully with good news!
Great to hear you’re still doing well. I think every step of the process is nerve-wracking, but facing the dreaded catheter re-insertion is one of the worst. Fortunately it usually doesn’t happen, and you’ll probably be peeing normally on Wednesday, which is actually something to look forward to.
Let us know how it goes.
