Tips To Help Make Life With A Catheter A Little Easier
Living With A Urinary Catheter › Forums › Urethral Strictures And Their Treatments › Been a while – 10 month post-urethroplasty
I guess it is a good sign that I haven’t been here for that a while. My repair has gotten better and better each day since the surgery on July 5, 2013.
If I didn’t know I had the surgery I don’t think I would know it now.
Things that are different since:
– Stream is great!
– Have to use a little pressure to get all the urine out.
– Post-intercourse has gotten more comfortable each time.
– No aches and pains.
– I will be trying to get back on a bike July 5, 2014. I miss my bike a ton!
My next appt. with the doc is July 7th. He just wants to do a flow test and see what the results are. In November he seemed very happy with everything so I am hopeful for a positive visit.
Hope everyone is doing well in their recoveries.
Once again, Ken, thanks for getting this site going. It has been a big help to me and I hope the info that I give is hopeful for others that go through this type of surgery.
All the best,
c
