The last story I shared way me being concerned about my urine flow not up to par. This is how this played out.. My urologist and I decided to do a scope me just 1 week after taking out the catheter following my Urethroplasty, instead of a couple months down the road. While doing this we found what he called a tiny piece of membrane in my urethra causing my urine flow to decrease as well as discomfort everytime I pee. He said I could live with it, but I told him I’ve came all this way I want it out. So 21 days after my Urethroplasty ( the day I was first cleared to go back to work ) I was back having a urethrotomy to have the membrane cut out . I’m home now with a catheter in AGAIN .. this time the larger gauge red one . It’s day 2 , I go in Friday to get it taken out . I was excited for the Urethroplasty to be the last time I ever see a catheter , but not even close . Right now it feels like a never ending battle.
