Saw the urologist\surgeon today.
His enthusiasm was encouraging. His exact words “this has to be the best graft I’ve ever done” lmao.
Anyways, he’s extremely pleased with the healing 6 weeks post op. They removed some of the stitches today, thank god, as I believe that is where most of the pain has been derived from.
Sadly, he said it needs a few months to fully heal, so 2nd stage, will be June.
More good news, he said intercourse is fine, (assuming the pain is gone with erection) and biking, running etc I can resume, assuming there is no discomfort. The exercise and the exercise should help with the emotional and mental aspect.
Anyways, bright side, I haven’t had to self dilate since the surgery which was a painful daily process pre surgery.
