If the post-op UCG was good, I would assume that the SPC

be impacting flow if the balloon is near the exit of the bladder. Possibly the effect of covering the top of the straw w/ your thumb. How long before the SPC is removed?
Also, could it be possible a UTI is causing swelling?
Has he followed up w/ his urologist? I would.
