My husband is only 46 (soon to be 47 in a couple weeks). He had a urethroplasty 4 years ago June 13th. Prior to his surgery, he had 3 urethrotomy surgeries and the 3rd one the urologist came out after surgery and told me he that he had a blockage and couldn’t go up much at all and he would have to have a urethroplasty. I did alot of research and I did find that urethrotomies can cause structures. It sounds like your dad would definitely benefit from a urethroplasty! My husband knock on wood is doing great since his surgery.
My dad is from Renfrew, Ontario Canada. And, all his family is still there.
