I am truly sorry that you are not going as hoped. I am sure you will go on your own. There was a point when I was using catheters that I started to go on my own. It lasted for over a year. The stream in the beginning was ok but grew smaller as my stricture got tighter. During that time I did not use caths. Just give it time.
